All of our bookings are done online - just click the "book now" button. You will need to create an account and fill out the health questionnaire and sign the informed consent/waiver and then you will be able to pay for your class online. Unfortunately we don't take cash payments as each class has a limit on the number of participants and our online system regulates the bookings.
Each of your different classes require you to wear slightly different things but for all of our classes there is a strict no jewellery on your hands and wrists policy, so rings/watches/bracelets must be taken off. This is for your own safety and also to keep our equipment in the best condition.
Pole Dancing - wear anything you feel comfortable in e.g leggings, t-shirt, bare feet. Bring a spare pair of shorts with you, for pole sits and some spins. It is not essential though but maybe where some trousers you can roll up above the knee. Also do not moisturise or use any fake tans 24 hours before the class and you won't be able to grip properly on the pole.
Aerial Hoop/Trapeze/Silks - Please wear full length stretchy trousers - leggings are perfect. For the first few lessons you may want to wear 2 pairs to protect the back of your legs.
All other classes - Just wear whatever you feel comfortable in that allows you to move freely - leggings are great. Trainers are not necessary, bare feet is the best.
On Friday we run our 6 week Beginner Pole Course. Over the 6 weeks you will learn different spins, tricks and dance moves around the pole and week by week you will build a routine to music (a song chosen by your instructor). You can book the course by clicking the book now button. All courses are paid in full before arrival (check out question 1).
Our Tuesday night Beginners Pole is a drop in class, you will need to book in prior to the class online and you will learn spins, tricks and dance moves around the pole but you will not learn a routine to music. This option means you can pick and choose when you come along and do not have to commit to consecutive weeks - although we recommend coming regularly to progress. Make sure if you book for the Tuesday night you use the code BEGINNERPOLE.
If you have caught the pole dancing bug then you are more than welcome to come to both!
